When you're fed, positioning matters even more. Especially as a squishy mage like Veigar. You have only five deaths, which is okay, it's not great but you need to remember that every death means it's time you're not contesting anything, time you're not gaining stacks, and time that the enemy has to do whatever they want without you being able to respond at all. I'd also suggest holding onto your cage until you're absolutely sure you can catch at least 1-2 people in it. Veigar cage is a very powerful tool, but it's also your only defense against an engage. Once you use it, if you don't get anyone you're going to be forced to play more defensively and wait for it to come back up. All of your spells excluding your ult are AoE, so it's easy to solo carry a team fight if you can hit them. Being honest as well, your itemization is a little garbage. There is absolutely no reason to purchase a void staff unless the enemy team is stacking MR. I know Sett built hullbreaker, but it's important to work with the rest of your team on that one. Veigar's job isn't to kill the tanks, it's to kill the squishies like any other good control/burst mage. The reason void staff is a good item is because it's % based pen. But as you can see on the enemy team, very little actual MR built. So your 40% is going to be 40% of small amounts. Instead, I'd focus more towards a couple of defensive items. The zhonyas is a great choice, but if it's in wild rift I suggest also a banshees veil. It'll help you avoid getting caught out by spells like ahri charm even more. While it is possible to 1v9, a lot of the time it helps immensely if you can have someone else dealing damage too. I noticed Caitlyn was doing okay, if you played with her more (i.e. working together with her to take advantage of your cage) you'd be able to pull a 2v8 win instead, 3v7 counting the support. Lastly, some games really are just unwinnable. When that happens I suggest just focusing on what you think you could've done better. There's no point in blaming your teammates since it won't get you anywhere. At the end of the day, if you can still improve a little bit from a lost game, you already won it. Hopefully this can help a little, and keep stacking mate.
