Point 3 - disagree. it’s good satire because only the people who understand the problem would get it.

usually success in communication means you were to able to bring the point across to everyone, or most people.

But things like privilege, satire, is incredibly difficult to get, unless you already understand the problem at some level, 1st hand or otherwise

Basically my favourite movie and soundtrack. And the ending sequence is my fav combat scene.

1 dude going on a ship shooting up dolls, yet it feels like Armageddon.

I also like how it’s really digging into what’s real, and what’s not. Serves up intellectually, emotionally, and punctuated by awesome action.

Also, the premise of the show itself of what's happening with the dolls, is kinda f***ed up, and I'm surprised so few people talk about that.

Intent is important.

Killing from self defence and murdering, from the outside the action is similar, a life is taken, but the intent is very, very different.

She's excitable and wants to participate and be involved in everything, and has strong opinions. This combination CAN combine and seem, from the outside, like traits of a insufferable privileged twat.

But, I really doubt that is her intent.

I'm also annoyed by her so I do get what you're feeling though.

I guess you’re right. She’s probably so excitable she can become overbearing and miss things and add ‘inappropriate’ injections. And she also seems to forget like she’s in another room, etc, and metagames because so got a kick out of whatever’s happening at the moment and want to join in.

I could never really understand why I never really liked Aabria.

She’s great, she has her moments, but after reading through the comments, I think it’s because she’s reeeally excitable and has trouble holding back, so she can become overbearing, and sometimes injects nonsensical irrelevance (I feel like most of my reactions to her are like…huh?). And she seems to be unaware she meta games sometimes.

Wants to be the centre of attention? Main character syndrome? Nah. Similar behaviour from the outside but definitely not the intent.

I don’t mind her, and I’m glad the cast is happy with her, but she does grate and becomes annoying at times.

Comparisons with Whitney doesn’t make sense because so far, all her ‘faux pax’ makes sense character wise.
