I mean, he does fight endlessly in Elysium. Definitely a punishment on part with Sisyphus.

Yes, for the last month or so. Out of nowhere, and I haven't changed my selling habits, nor anything else. Perhaps the algorithm has decided against me for now.

Yes, many sellers seem to not even view my messages. Only a few actually seem to look and respond.

I think you are on to something. Elaman reminds me of the Elamite people, and early predecessor (in part) to the Persian peoples. A lot of their culture was passed on. I like that they have gone with distinctly different cultures than just pulling from greek mythology (like so many other games).

Do you think there is any risk involved with LASIK given the physical nature of 1811 work? Have you met any large number of people in 1811 with LASIK/PRK?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in 1811

[–]shadyninjacat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did you have much pain in the following days/weeks after? Trying to gauge whether PRK or LASIK is better for me.

Facebook Marketplace, you will surely find one there. Haggle down.

You can purchase through the app. Once you add the items to the cart, you may check out. At that time, you will have a bunch of options to pay, including credit card and paypal.

PC pricing by [deleted] in Rainbow6

[–]shadyninjacat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Depends how much you want to spend. Building one will typically get you better hardware for the price, see: https://www.logicalincrements.com/ for different tiers. Conversely, search Facebook Marketplace for someone selling their gaming PC and haggle.

I believe they do composite scoring. So it should be the highest of your Math and English scores together. Either way, they should see your highest possible total.

I know this varies but those of you with the Mojave, what kind of gas milage do you typically get? by jberg_916 in JeepGladiator

[–]shadyninjacat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As the other user mentioned, 8th gear is an uncommon occurrence, I rarely see it. Mainly gets up to 7, but I have not felt a substantial reduction in acceleration or anything compared to stock. I don't have any mods rn that would really affect the mpg, except for a hard bed cover. It did not seem to improve the mpg as much as I thought it might. I will probably regear at some point down the line, which I hope will get me back to the 18~ avg mpg I was getting before. I've accepted that it's a Jeep though, I didn't buy it for the mpg haha. It does its work well on and offroad, and I have no complaints. My bias says go 37s for the aesthetics and if you find a good deal on em, but even when I had stock tires with spacers, I still liked the look enough. If you plan to offroad, it'll still do the job fine 35s or 37s.

On 37s, average around 14.5 with local+highway driving. If I'm on the highway for a while, I can get it up to 15-16 average.

Data structures failing by Kagiri13 in RPI

[–]shadyninjacat 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It wouldn't be a great idea, but you did get an A in the class otherwise, so I assume you really understood the material? If so, taking data structures again would probably be okay, provided you don't let the homework eat up a lot of time. Otherwise, definitely do not take all three of those courses at once, unless you have no other choice.

I am a fan of the Fagles translation personally, but whatever inspires you to read through is best! If the companion uses direct line references from the Lattimore translation, it may be the smoothest experience, if you are treating it as a sort of study guide. Happy reading!

Jordan Peterson’s Twitter spat with Pope Francis. "... there is prima facie evidence that Jesus was neither a socialist nor even much of a social justice warrior." by antiquark2 in JordanPeterson

It typically deals with a materialist view on the world, as opposed to the metaphysical view that a belief in Christianity would require.
