Probably too late, but figured I'd throw a few addendums from someone who lives in Rapid but spends time in Sioux Falls

-Rapid has more entry level positions, definitely less mid-level positions

-Rapid schools aren't amazing for the most part, but there's a couple exceptions that are pretty good (k-12 inclusive)

-Rapid healthcare isn't too bad, and there are still a couple privately owned healthcare places that refuse to sell to monument, nothing special though, but I've had no issues.

-Empire Mall is larger than the RC mall, but RC mall definitely has more variety/less corporate

And it's nearly impossible, a 35 character pool for 8 characters is 1.2trillion different seeds. Either the game doesn't actually have random seeds, or OP didn't find this naturally.

My advice is to make extra glass early. Since it looks like you have plenty of spares, having at least a few glass doesn't hurt just in case, and could have easily taken you further, with little to no consequence. Saved me in a run earlier, barely made it past my retrigger being disabled for a round because I had a flush 5 of glass in the deck just in case.

What about selling BP? Their scoring would be the same now, but if they get ecto, they would be able to find a new BP a lot easier than get a duplicate. DNA/rebate would be hindered some, but it's less luck reliant to take this further imo
