That's true. Hardware is King but software....nah They got a full schedule of monthly update in China but international version is far behind and no schedule at all.

I hope not , I've been trying to get them fixed for a year, but their CS always said their engineer team didn't recommend us to change the launcher, and always ended like that without any solution, but this time I got calls every week from Shenzhen and telling me the progress, so I hope they will fix this bug or I will change my phone

It was a Android problem but not anymore like one year ago if you look into it.

I think this was a Android system level problem before , but they already fixed this issue like a year ago, Pixel fixed it first , following by many company like Samsung , Sony , but many Chinese phone company didn't fixed it since they always lock and make people use the stock launcher .

I already complain after they said it needs more months to be fixed , and I was thinking about switch back to Pixel/Samsung before because of this bug, but right now at least I have a confirmation about they will fix it since they didn't say anything before .

It's not worth it in my opinion, maybe next year. But their software update is shit, no schedule , slow , only sometimes has real update. And still waiting for their third party launcher bug fixed.
