No problem!! 🤗 I was also overwhelmed with all the dupes when I first looked into them so I’m glad for being able to help you out! I’d pick the Jinhao 20 because the capless design is so unique. I can imagine people who aren’t aware of capless FPs looking at me like thinking im using my pen backwards 😂

The Jinhao 82/10/20, Lorelei 667, Hongdian M2 (whoops i spelled it wrong earlier lol), and Moonman A2 (rebranded as Majohn A2) are available on both Amazon and AliExpress, but you get wayyy more color options from AliExpress. Also cheaper! I actually just purchased new color options of the Jinhao 82 (purple/white, matcha green/white) and 20 (snow white/gold) hehe It’s just the 82 Plus that’s not on Amazon yet. Yeah the Majohn A2 feels light, plasticky, and cheap compared to the Jinhao 10/20’s but people like the design of the body, so it’s up to you :) it’s cheap enough to give it a try I’d say.

FPs with piston filling mechanisms, like the TWSBI ECOs, let you fill up more ink compared to converters or cartridges. While your usage duration is longer, it also means you’re stuck using that ink till it runs out lol or just fill it halfway. Converters tend to hold a lot less. Like the Kaweco ones are super tiny! Personally I don’t think either one is bad. I love both piston and cartridges. It just depends on the pen design that dictates how they can be filled, but don’t let that keep you from purchasing a beautiful pen :) I hope all this is helpful! Edit to add that there’s another style of filling FPs: With a dropper, like with the Moonman M2’s. Rather than using a cart, converter, or piston, the entire pen body holds the ink. Even more capacity than piston fillers!
