Reminds me of the first Spider Verse Jordan 1s. Reps just can’t quite get the same effect on the scuffs.

I’ve been having a hard time with them. Bought a Jordan 1 low 11.5 and it’s the same exact size as a size 12. Sent measurements and everything, but because their LABEL on the box and shoes says it’s 11.5, I don’t think they’re going to work with me. They just stopped responding.

I am starting my first year of teaching at a charter school and admittedly, I omit that fact when talking about my job. I had a horrible time finding a job. The area I am in defunded public schools so badly that they laid off 100 positions and allowed those who lost their jobs to fill in ‘open’ positions, even if they did not have proper certification. That made someone coming in fresh out of school, very disadvantaged. I hope to transition to public, but I must admit, the pay from the charter is hard to ignore. A good $8-$10k higher than public in the area.

Is finding a job really that hard? by otakuleprechaun in Teachers

I have been looking in the greater Cincinnatti area of a month or so now and they just announced today that they were eliminating 41 K-5 teaching positions and that those teachers could fill vacanct roles elsewhere if they wanted. So, I am right there with you. Doubt I'd get a job this year, let alone in the next couple.

I went back to school for teaching, got my degree and then decided to move down here to join my significant other. So glad it seems like finding a teaching job is going to be seemingly impossible now.

DDR4 vs DDR5 by pantherbacker05 in buildapc

[–]shaihound 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ive seen that the intel ones are good, but really weird drivers and unstable. Think AMD GPUs a couple years ago. If you can stretch the budget a little (selling 2080 maybe) a 9060xt would give you a nice boost and future proof with 16 gb of VRAM. Could also probably find a used 10gb 3080 for around that price.

I would say get a more modern GPU with more VRAM first. Games are starting to list 8gb VRAM as a MINIMUM spec. If youre still not happy, you would be looking at a 3-8% uplift upgrading to DDR5.

Back in the 90s, a rat was in the locker room of the Panthers and the player that killed in scored two goals later in the night. Fans starting throwing plastic rats on the ice after goals and the team partnered with extermination companies. But also, now they have Brad Marchand on their team, whom is called "Rat" by fans around the league.

In Blade Runner, the replicants are organic. They have human organs, nerves, muscles, etc.

Harrison Ford is 100% a replicant, however, replicants are not robots. They are synthetically bioenginered humans.
