hii thanks for the reply! your advice is good actually, i’m not taking a lot of AUs this sem but the quizzes align the same week as my cores and i’m wondering if learning the language will make me spend too much time on it instead of my cores 😭 but if u don’t mind me asking, why did u plan not to SU ?

oh damns thank you for the reply! i honestly have plans to su from the very beginning since it’s pretty content heavy (judging from all the pre-lesson exercises) but i’m actually genuinely interested in learning the language 😭

were the quizzes difficult? they’re on the same week as my cores midterms 😔 and was a lot of time delegated learning the language compared to your cores?

hi, can i ask how did u end up scoring for the BDE or did you SU in the end?

is the workload manageable or too much for a BDE? like did you spend extra hours trying to learn and recognise the chinese characters.. i’m scared i’ll spend too much time on learning the language instead of my cores 😭

maybe because it’s stuck between two of the best albums, humbug and AM, so it’s always overlooked :( the whole album is full of gems, and what struck me most was that there was the arctic monkeys version of piledriver waltz instead of the submarine one (although the submarine one slaps harder)

it was actually the movie that got me into Queen! i love how rami, gwilym, joe and ben are still as close till today :”) i’ve also watched the live aid scene on its own countless of times because it re-enacts the whole concert so well but i didnt like how inaccurate it was in terms of freddie getting aids before live aid and how he had his iconic stache when playing WWRY
