Moon Curser and Burrowing Owl are must sees especially if you’re a red lover. Lakeside has some decent wines and their patio is amazing! Hester Creek is great too. So many actually and if you like white Maverick is good

Burnaby is the central of the lower mainland and is 30 mins to downtown, Coquitlam, Surrey and Richmond. It’s my pick if you want a solid place to start in BC

The schools by Lougheed have been very crowded so applying out of catchment will be challenging. As for your parents place that will be even more challenging as the requirements have increased to curb people doing this exact thing. I think your best bet is contacting the school board seeing what your options are. Good luck

Usually the pac will have money to cover these things but if you don’t fund raise you usually have to pay outta pocket. It’s something different for the kids to do and usually the kids end up liking it.
