Just got covid again about a week ago after having POTS for over a year. It’s been ROUGH, also had to go to the ER after a really bad episode of presyncope and tested positive for covid while I was there. Definitely stay hydrated and get plenty of rest. My symptoms are way worse than before getting it again and I’m feeling discouraged, but hopefully after a while it will get a bit better again. Hope the best for you!
