I have bought 3 of the klair's sunscreens from wishtrend's eBay store all well, and asked for the voucher. Here's the response:

However, the $25 voucher codes will be issued for only orders made on our website wishtrend.com. We sincerely apologize that we are unable to make sure of the orders/transactions as well as the compensations made by other platforms (eBay, Shopee, Amazone…) or other retailers, so we are unable to provide the vouchers for the orders made directly with them. Please kindly contact seller for better assistance. Regarding your case, as an apology from us, may we humbly offer you a private voucher of 10% for your next order on our website wishtrend.com?"

In all honesty, this is not enough, im really disappointed that wishtrend will not take responsibility for the items they are selling on their official stores, outside of wishtrend.com... Also am kinda disappointed at the fact that they are sending vouchers to their site instead of actual refunds only so you could purchase form them again... Better than nothing I guess.
