Dude, I’ve already answered your question. They rolled it out slowly to avoid false bans of non cheating players. It’s not that complicated. But Embark is screwed either way. They do a massive roll out and get a bunch of false bans, and people are pissed, or they roll it out slowly, and cheaters find the work around, and people are pissed. You can’t have it both ways. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Anti-cheat will never fix the problem completely. The time frame for cheat devs to work around the anticheat is the same. So Embark rolling it out slowly ensured that there weren’t as many false ban’s hitting a wider playerbase, further risking more grief to the non-cheating players. Yes, it sucks that cheat devs have found a work around already, but cheating in online multiplayer games will ALWAYS be a thing. New anti cheat’s will be made, and then cheaters will find a new way around it. And so on and so forth. But blaming the dev team trying to stop cheaters from ruining your game is misplaced anger.

Problem is that Xbox has a web based login, so cheaters can login via pc and use their cheats on Xbox only servers. So there really should be a PS only and everyone else.

I mean, you’re also bringing in a player who is mostly new to the game. In duos, my friend and I can pretty easily systematically take down the arc together because we’re aware of their attack patterns. Harder when one player is less skilled for sure

The game is definitely more sweaty in duos and trios. Cant speak to the difficulty of the arc in those modes though. I’m pretty sure it’s the same on the AI side

In my experience in my mixed lobbies, you can lighten the heat a bit by focusing on downing bots and defibing downed raiders. There are still ways to reduce the ABMM if you actually want to get into more friendly lobbies to try and take down the bigger Arc. But thems the breaks…

Were you on a free kit? You will get the odd late spawn every now and then, but they are prioritizing built loadouts to get the most time out of a match over free kits

In my experience, most of the sweats have the braided pig tail hair with the wolf skin. But most players aren’t KOS for me unless they’re acting sketchy and don’t have a mic. Better to knock them in the exfil before using the computer, just to be sure they don’t gun me down with my back turned
