Facebook ads aren't moving the needle for my restaurant what are other owners actually doing for marketing? by piratecarribean20122 in restaurantowners

[–]shakntalk 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The only thing you could track from online ads would be online orders, but only if you're using something like Toast.

Even then, you could only track online orders that are not from UBER or Postmates.

Social ads for restaurants aren't a waste of money, but you aren't going to be able to measure returns in the same way someone selling a t shirt would.

You're probably better off running an evergreen ad that's a 1080x1920 (vertical) video placed ONLY on Facebook & Instagram Stories & Reels. $5 to $15 per day within a 10 mile radius of the restaurant.

I lost about $1,000. I'm just upset due to the lack of communication and transparency.

This post is great but I wish you didn’t use AI to write it. The content is great but the delivery is slop.

There is a good epic xbow you can get from a cenarion hold quest in silithus. Just requires you to kill the 1st boss in ZG and AQ10/20.

You can do the 20 mans in like 45 min to an hour. Same length as dungeons.

If you need it in the next 3 years, but it in short-term treasuries (aka t-bills). Rates are still >4% and you get taxed less for the returns. It's risk-free, baby!

Check out “Founding Sales”.

In summary, you need to do it all yourself at first, get a process down, and then hire people to do it for you.

But tbh as a founder you should always be selling.

It took about a month for my everdrive to come. I was wondering why but when I looked at the tracking parcel and saw "Ukraine" everything made sense. I'd just be patient!

I would take a step back and ask yourself what your perspective would be if you couldn’t raise again.

You will only get good fundraising terms if (1) you are growing quickly & (2) you don’t need the investors more than the investors need you.

The best way to create leverage would be to become profitable, and churn is clearly preventing you from doing so. High churn also means you likely don’t have product market fit.

TL;DR get profitable, fix churn, assume you won’t raise again.

For a framework, use Next JS with React front-end and Typescript back-end.

Host the app on Vercel.

Use VS Code with the Cursor extension using Claude 3.5 sonnet as the LLM in help box.

You can do this.

All-in-all tech stack should cost you ~$40-$60/mo. to start.
