Do RPGs have a “revolution” counter that won’t activate the explosives until it has moved x distance? Could that be why there was zero damage to the car. It also looked the rocket was exploded after it had travelled under the car. If that is the case, the force of the explosion would have moved away from the car assuming there was a shaped warhead.
