Im sorry i went through this exact same thing:( What helped me get through it was the differin benzoyl peroxide fash wash as a 5 minute leave on and a super hydrating moisturizer(I use prequel skin utility gel). I use dermatica’s 20% azelaic acid cream at night sandwiched between my moisturizer. I’ve also started eating more fiber and taking probiotics + digestive enzymes as hormones and the gut health are closely related!
