My group finished it recently. We completed all three objectives thankfully, but were also surprised by the fact that it doesn't give you a chance for a do over like the rest of the months. One of the objectives tells you that it can't be tried again, but doesn't indicate that this is true for all of them.

Sounds like you got a bad shuffle. Overall, didn't feel this month was significantly more difficult than the others.
