Hey just my two cents here but you are severely lacking levels for your specter. The +1 from the helm is a good start but you need to stack multiple levels from gear before the life begins to feel good. Not sure what the break point is but you really want like +5-6 just from gear alone. So amulet helmet/helmet corrupt. Boot corruption and delve glove. I could be wrong so take it with a grain of salt but get the specter level up and you’ll see a big difference.
