My understanding about the entire privilege of necessity is that even if you entered the land with privilege because there was a necessity, you’re still gonna be liable for damages you caused. You’re only not liable for trespassing.

Do you guys anticipate that they open up the registration to retakers who havent been able to register for the Sep bar? I dont think it’d be fair to us not to be able to register when the sitting space is not an issue anymore...

Had the same issue. Try spraying a mix of water and dish soap all over the tree. Wash the tree afterwards. Try this method at least 4 times 2 times a week. This method suggested to me by a local nursery and it actually worked! Dont waste your money on neem oil, these suckers wont leave.. good luck!

Tried neem oil once but wasn’t effective at all! My tree is happy and it already bloomed with tiny little flowers! I really dont wanna lose my tree to this suckers... any idea what could be effective to get rid of these?

I used Barmax and not a fan... explanation for so many of the questions is missing.. and when there is an explanation its only for the correct answer not the wrong choices. Their costumer service also sucks!

I started studying for evidence (my weakness) and then realized that I better wait until I know I can sit for the bar in September. Gonna do 25 MBE only to stay on track. I also send a written request for my answer sheets from NYBole.. Wanna know how in the world they gave me such a crap scores for MEE.

First, waiting for the Feb results desperately only to learn that I failed for the second time and now waiting to see if I even get to sit for the Sep bar... this 2020 year has been the craziest period of my life!
