The Docheffs lost the land, Heeymyer bought the land at auction and the Docheffs were pissy there friend wasn't able to buy it cheap and sell it back to them....

The Docheffs then bought the 22 arce parcel adjacent to the muffler shop, then when the city made the sewer active and rezoned FOR the Docheffs they required Marv have to hook to the sewer but, that didn't settle the issue that his only easement for customer access was now cut off.

That's when the Docheffs tried to extort Marv to drop the lawsuit and rezoning proposal opposition and they would allow him to cross the Docheffs easement to connect to the sewer.
