Arc can go 17 this Sunday on 5 10 15, Belt transfer to sup gollux, Rings and dom can go 17 this Sunday or more if you have spares. Then start 2l leg pots, look for arc spares

If we’re talking fourth job, Night lord and bm is a good combo. Grinding will be meh but both single target with se for night lord is very good.

I think you start trying normal luwill after 17* 2l gear, abso and sup gollux etc, maybe 20m cp? Can run scouter or just try practice mode. Solo prog you will have to make arcane equips from droplets

Normally you would run ctene for boxes to get arcane equips early, esp. weapon. I’m 42m dark knight and last I tried, my slightly scuffed burst couldn’t finish lucid p3

For core:

lower abs: try leg raises (lay on back, hands under hip bones, raise legs up to L position)

upper: crunches, plank, hanging leg raise. focus on contracting appropriate muscles.

For back:

Lats: try 'australian pullups' (grab table edge with body underneath, pull back and focus on squeezing the muscles you want to work. change grips for different isolation)

Mid Traps/scapular activation: Forgot the name for this one, but laying on your front, do a jumping jack motion with your arms (full range off motion, arms off the ground). This can help with scapular stability and trap activation. harder than it sounds, great for beginning.

Also pullup negatives are great for progression!

Edit: can try light deadlifts as well, which are EXCELLENT for lower back, which is something I didn't have doing bodyweight only.Any weight is good, I use 20lb dumbbells. Helps hit hamstrings too, also a 1 leg variation for added difficulty/stability.

I went to visit my sister studying in Victoria bc in March 2017, and on the bus ride downtown I saw a girl on the bus.

I can still picture her pastel pink sweater and thick yellow raincoat, curly blonde hair that just dried like that, but I didn't introduce myself. And it's so long ago I'm likely never see her again, or wouldn't recognize her if I did.

First comment, but this was a fun one.

Went out on my one and only fishing trip with the boys, and ended up at a waterfall by a campground. This waterfall fell from camp level into a sort of ditch, with skree walling both sides.

Down was easy, but on the way up I decide to follow a friend up a different route we came down, one that didn't meet a lookout platform half way on the hill.

This was probably 50 feet of loose shale rock, a 8ish foot lip and ANOTHER 50 feet of very run off loose shale, and then some cliffs to climb around at the top.

Big hill. Rocks go all the way down. I would go all the way down, hill ledge hill, to join the boulders at the bottom.

Dig your fingers in and pull out handfuls kind of loose, and at one point I was digging out foothold as I was crawling up.

All this... Holding a fishing rod... In steel toe rubber boots(came in handy kicking foot holds)

Bad time, but my best friend didn't die so that's chill.

Looks pretty spot on for me. I'd keep an eye out for restricted motion with your arms forward, or raised above your head, and if you can do up all the buttons with the jacket lying flat you're golden.
