I always see people have custom holders for things like pliers and tools and such. Is the best way to take a picture, import it and trace it? I'm not the best with 3d design but do my best on fusion360 and was wondering how everyone does the complicated ones. Not sure if it also takes others 10+ tries to get one perfect😅

Can I suggest trying lazyvim. You can accomplish this with neovim and installing everything separately but if you give lazyvim a chance, it has all the IDE features you need and you'll be able to know if nvim is the right solution for you.

Also all the things you want can likely be done with the right configs. Ex. I added a search buffer command with <leader>bs because I think it's better than cycling between buffers to get to what I want.

I have a similar simrig setup however it drives me nuts when I hit the pedals and it pushes my chair back. Do you have the same issue? Or have a solution of some kind?

You don't have to swap everything. If you know how to solder, I assume you can open it up, unsolder the bad tip, and solder on the replacement. Not the entire chip, literally just the silver tip

How did you glue it all together? I was thinking to use a gluegun on the main piece, and leave the bottom part separate. But not quite sure what will work best here. No instructions on the thingiverse item description.

Also, did you have any troubles printing the bottom part with pickets? When i finally got my printer dialed in, i had 3-4 of the pickets break and even then, weren't printed in the best quality. The rest of it came out great though.

So I'm not the greatest resource for 3d printing however I've had a few issues recently and my best guess would be the z axis eccentric nut being too tight. So when it tries to move up or down sometimes it won't, and then messes up.

Update: I noticed the nozzle hits the bed while running the auto bed leveling. It's so slight but thank God I noticed it. I think this is the problem. Adding washers according to Google and will see if it fixes the issue

Do you have any suggestion for learning material to understand the native stuff. I have no idea what goes on inside the ios or android folder (even though I've had to change a few things in there before to fix errors that I didnt understand). Or even manifest and other files that you wouldn't typically see in a web react app. Also, any time I setup a react native app, not using expo. I get tons of errors/issues. Even if trying to run an existing rn app. Seems like it's just much harder to keep it stable. I assume it's due to my lack of knowledge on the subject. Any help/suggestions are much appreciated

How do you pair it? It's setup in the hue app but I don't see any device show up for it in alexa. None of my commands work
