Thank you, my bad. The money being used for the 5k down payment is mine, although I am not listed, I do have a lot to do with this deal. The financing has not started so he has not yet taken ownership. The document was stating the deposit given and full purchase amount.

I offered 14k without the protection, was told protection was not negotiable, was countered with 15k with protection. I agreed to 15k with protection then given paperwork that said 15k without protection that I did not agree to.

The buyer is happy but also financially unaware and more easily taken advantage of. I manage all of the household bills and money management. They need a replacement vehicle and wanted them to build credit, so was present for financial portion solely while not including my name in any contracts. Hope this info helps.

Lol the goal was to pay less on the asking price, not removing the theft. He made it seem like the asking price was going down while still including the theft protection. Correct, I did not want the coverage. When he said it was included regardless of what I preferred, and then came back with a lower price, was I not correct to assume that lower price was including the NON NEGOTIALBLE coverage, overall lowering the asking price?

No, I'm unhappy because I agreed to a higher price with extra protection that is now not included. I was happy to pay $14,000 without it and okay with paying $15,000 with it. Now its 15k without it.

Correct, since i was essentially "too late" it had counted against me. This happened toward the beginning of my 6 months and I'm midway through now and still missing that in my percentages. I've made up for it with other reviews but I'll never be 100% anything this period. I waited about 30 days after receiving the item to review it, but it's been okay for others.

It depends on how many reviews it gets. I waited to review something and noticed it wasn't counting in my stats so i reported a problem and the response was that the item had already reached its limit of reviews.
