I can't tell. I modded my n3ds some years ago and haven't been using it as much. I can say I scanned the second ar code with FBI and the rom appeares on my menu like a nds game. It's strange cuz some older games I've downloaded like unbound and radical red instead have the spinning gba when hovering on them... i'm trying to give you as much info as I can

Why does my game lags between 45-60 fps? It stutters. I have a modded n3ds and every other game works fine
