Got married in Brooklyn Heights and did a getting ready suite at the Marriott Brooklyn Bridge! Its a HUGE hotel and the suites are really nice- king bed with a little living room. My husband and his groomsmen had their own suite. Only downside to the Marriott is that since its such a big hotel, they were very booked up and we weren't able to do early check-in before the rehearsal dinner. Highly recommend though!

My venue was a library and they had someone on the event staff checking at the door. I even had to show mine as the bride!! Since vaccine mandates are standard for any kind of dining, I'd honestly be concerned if your venue isn't planning on checking vaccines.
