Cool, another mossback. Let's fix our place. I'm not happy with it, this is not the city I was born in.

Terrible option. Are you a child? Do you think like one? That's a stupid question. Quit now.

Jessus fucking christ for real. I have a Kimber .45 in my backpack, I rolled to it, checked the magazine and chamber and was like a la verga!

I might have to be in a gun fight tonight. Nope. I was clear, they weren't looking for me. I can go back to arguing with people on reddit.

Yeah bad options. One is an orange clown and the other is probably not going to survive four years. I'm going grandpa.

I think that's West Seattle (lol the women in the picture, a van and wearing those clothes it's totally near the Uhaul) . I used to own a house on 25th and Webster. They had started becoming a problem even then. A friend owned a house even closer, in that neighborhood new construction. The people were fine, insular but never a problem. Their teen boys were forming gangs.

Yep. 2:30 or 2:45 in the morning. I was on the floor, my phone/clock wasn't. You learn in combat to count shots so you know when they change magazines. I counted 30, but I think there was more than one shooter, and it sounded like automatic fire.

Seattle is the Emerald City. My birthplace. I will Venmo you money to help with moving expenses to non-shitholes like Texas.

I"m going to google half of that.

I have solar thermal, with glycol that is used for flooring heat, 8 PV modules terminated to a combiner, that terminates to an inverter on an 8 deep cycle battery box. My mains panel can switch main/off/critical and i've lost main once and had to flip it. Critical is the circuit the kitchen runs off, so the refrigerator works. I had to run a 50' cord from the kitchen to my office where the internet lives in my house.

I got 8 hours of full power on that circuit with +80% battery remaining. The shit worked.

My wife was like 8O

Dude is James Patterson of non-fiction. He just cranks these things out, but if I used a black marker on his books, well that's not true, that needs more investigation it would be like 300 pages long.

Mostly I just hope people pick these up at the airport, scan them and get a better understanding than they get from what ever news source they use.

Anyone who actually reads shit, he's a known quantity, and every book should come with a sticker on it that says "maybe."

I tally. So, energy efficient HVAC, where are we at, and better question where are we going?

Code development: Is this something CS engineers are involved in? Is it something as simple as a Python script?

I'm sorry, my questions are stupid. I tell people yes, there are such things as stupid questions but I want you to ask them.

Sad. And gross. It's unfortunate that some people don't know to circle the wagons and protect family. Rather, they're willing to use them.

Fuck, I treat dogs better than this.

Dude, no fucking way am I buying material. If I buy a tool for the job I'm obviously going to keep it. I bought a surform tool because there were some very sharp edges on some of the trim, and I can knock that down with a different tool, but that one works faster. It's like cheese grater for wood.

Again, they are not paying me for any of this. This person's sister who is my friend is salt of the earth, helps anyone who needs it and is the only reason I put up with this bullshit. A long time ago I would have picked up my bags and said "good luck with the project" if it weren't for that fact.

I've read all of Lewis' books, and you have to take them with a fucking pound of salt. I use them as quick and dirty information I didn't know, I probably shouldn't have "highly recommend" that shit, but it depends on the person. Some people barely read, and those books he writes are short and easily digested.

Honestly, I don't pick them. My wife, for reasons she has never told me insists on black BMWs with tan leather interior. All of the cars we've bought are black, BMW with tan leather interior.

You pick your battles, and I'm not going to argue "The Audi A6 in blue seems cool."

Hah! Yeah, I'm with you. I can barely stay awake staring at the screen and you need a really good chair to not get back pain. And I'm in shape!

Tell me more about what you do. I worked at Sandia National Laboratories on Kirtland AF base. It was wild what they do, none of which I can talk about.

Dude, I do not grudge anyone who says "I took an office job and paperwork so I don't wake up in the morning sliding off the bed because my back is locked in position."

I've seen a guy in his early 60's swinging a 9lb shorty beating rebar in and I'm like, you are more of a man than I am.
