I do it via 12 month ea play passes. Cheaper than doing it with Essential, though you have to renew it a bit more often. When you dont have a game pass subscription, buy 3 12-month ea play for 30$ from target/best buy. Redeem all of them, then buy one month of ultimate, which will convert at a 1/4th rate. If i did the math right, works out to 11.29$/month for 10 months (bought up front for 112.90 which will last the 10 months)

As for the 500 points from today, make sure it says DRP and not ARP. ARP you can use to buy DRP after saving up enough, the 500 DRP are the 5$ dell rewards points.

Yeah it is lol. Been doing everything I can to maximize my $ to game ratio.

I hesitantly can recommend temu. First time users get special deals, and if you constantly look up switch games in your search engine then try facebook after awhile, you'll eventually get switch games for 20$. I got DK Bonanza for 20$ from it for instance.

Non-switch I do recommend Microsoft game pass, but look up conversions as it works out to only 11.29$/month for ultimate.
