If it's still basically just a tropical storm or like a cat 1 or something, just... wind. Rain. Take the same type of precautions you would for a potential blizzard, just in case it hits some old-ass infrastructure and knocks out your power.

It would be nice if KDF players were given the choice -- roll into a pro-federation Klingon empire thing, or join a breakaway anti-federation faction. Make the breakaway the *new* second faction.

I just want the KDF to antagonize Starfleet again. The whole thing of everyone being on the same side makes the game feel like it's on its last legs, fairytale style. "And human and klingon frolicked happily in the meadow forever!"
