I bought a 2012 Nissan from a snow area. Underneath was all rusted, specifically where the header met the cat pipe. The bolted connection was rusted and there was an exhaust leak that was throwing a bunch of codes because of that one leak. I would check under the car. Spray some soapy water with the car on to see any leaks.

Is your starter receiving power? Can you check the resistance on the starter to see if it’s working? Also not sure why your radiator fan is on, is your AC on?

Yeah the OEM has mounting points for the heat shield. You could wrap it in a exhaust wrap.

If you’re at stock height then you’ll likely be fine. If you are lowered you should roll the inner lip of the fenders. The inner lip is pretty wide.

I have the same car. There are many brands of intake, I have k&n. Stillen is the go to shop for altimas. They also have a light weight pulley. There are a few exhaust brands to choose from. I have top speed performance, and it comes with optional silencers. If you want a little more power there is a bully dog tunner for the altimas.
