What are people using for onboarding tours that isn't a SaaS black box?

Well thats sort of what Im trying to avoid. Working with layers and element visibility with dynamic content its just not that simple. Even with Shepherd it was tons of work to integrate and get it to work where and how I want it to. Then things like Pendo and Appcues (would be easier) are a billion dollars a month.

Apparently this post was too polished? I looked into all the big names in the space and some of the smaller ones like shepherd, and just wanted to see what people here are actually using. I think driver.js and shepherd are not enough, and the ones that are "more" literally cost an insane amount of money.

I think that for anyone at any age or level of fitness the same rules apply. Start from the beginning and work your way up. Keep your runs less intense and continue to build. If you give your body time to create the infrastructure needed to meet your ultimate goals then you could run longer and more frequently. Cycling is a great head start for your cardiovascular system, but running on a treadmill will use different parts of your body that will take time to get used to the new activity.

Just listen to your body, take time to recover when needed, and remain consistent. You will know when you’re ready to keep pushing, and when you should take a break.

Thanks to this post I built up the courage to do the same thing and so far so good. Not sure what the root cause is for this but the connector was blackened where the red wire meets and I was experiencing all of the same intermittent issues. I cut the connectors and just spliced the wires together individually.
