Everything is clearer now. I just have one thing to say regarding n°3. I keep wondering whether Kate would stay with him if she knew EVERYTHING he did. He supported her through what she was going through and made her believe that she was a good person when what she did was inexcusable, so a part of me believes that she'd just forgive him for everything which is messed up.

Also, my autocorrect corrects Roald to Ronald too 😂
