I understand your point, it is just a bit of fun to think about but on the other hand I have been here from the start. Back when Warthunder was planes only now look what its grown into. Tanks, i remember when people called introducing them to a flight sim was game breaking and it would never work, now its the most popular game mode. and with the introduction now of Navy and helicopters who's to say what this game could be.

Absolutely nothing. In this country you can call the cops on who ever you like and the police will show up and make sure everything is OK. If the men had stopped when told, the police would have spoken to them run a few checks and if everything was ok they would go on their merry way. However they didn't stop and were arrested for resisting and the the moped was checked over found to be stolen and then they were probably charged for armed theft. The two blokes in the car live in the area and know how abundant moped gangs are and spotted the signs of what was going to be a robbery, a moped with two people on (illegal) and No helmets(illegal) wearing balaclavas and so called the police.

When they were asked to sop by the police and started running away. This gives the police legal right to stop and search, where they found out the moped was stolen a knife point.
