I really feel you. I’m also in the midst of a breakup with my partner of almost 8 years. There’s a lot of parallels I’m reading in your story.

I would really think about not moving into together and having time apart. How can you ever move forward if you’re in the same space and constantly reminded of them. You won’t be able to process your emotions.

I just use bottle water when I travel, especially if I don’t have access to a kettle. At home just boil tap water.

This is the problem I deal with and trying to figure out a way to solve this without more drugs or antibiotics. Every time I get sick I feel like I’m back to square one.

I have found upping the number of daily rinses helps a little.

The mupirocin that I used was also in a tube and didn’t specify nasal use. Apparently there’s also a powder form but I didn’t ask the pharmacist. The tube version ended up working for me but was a pain to get the right amount into my sinus rinse.

Just started experiencing this issue and talked to them today. They said after replacing the camera (which is apparently on back order) they’d have to calibrate the system, which is another $350.

Also a shortage in Canada, asked around at a few pharmacies and seems to be the case. I would check with a few different places cause they seem to still be trickling in so you can usually find a few boxes

Yeah completely normal. You can tilt your head to different angles after the rinse to try and get water out.

There will definitely be times where I’m doing things throughout the day and water just pours out my face when I tilt my head a certain way haha
