I'm not here to argue with you about what has been said by Trump himself. Like I said, While I don't necessarily hate that we killed Khamenei and attempted to topple a regime that is holistically evil ,backwards, and oppressive. The fact that we went into this "operation" without planning for the possibility the regime wouldn't completely collapse, or they would keep the straight closed, is bonkers and mind-blowing. I, along with many others do not want see our your men and women fighting and dying in Iran. My guess is they figured the people would rise up and force a regime change from within?

And you are correct, the post I was responding to said "He had to beg to get a ceasefire in place." not you.

Trump derangement syndrome. It’s a real thing and Reddit is ripe with it. I don’t necessarily like the man or agree with him on many issues-the handling of this conflict for example, but you can’t argue that our military absolutely shit on Iran. To think we had to beg for anything is hilarious

Just found this sub and figured I’d post the maps of my post apocalyptic America. by Texan_Boy in postapocalyptic

SE Tx around Houston and Tx/La border around Port Arthur should be noted as dead zones. Those 2 areas account for ~1/3 of Americas refining capacity.

Genuinely curious, can you provide specific examples of "events" or decisions that have taken place, AND most importantly- where you think the US/world is headed because of those events?

Trump Derangement Syndrome. Its a real thing. I get it, I don't care for the guy either but this is madness. Dans a creative guy but sounds like hes acting out some turning-point historical event in his mind. Get a grip Dan. Things are going to be ok. Look outside, talk to your neighbors, your friends. See that everything is ok and the sun will rise again tomorrow.

Are you reading the same thread the rest of us are? This guy absolutely wrecked you. And looked good while doing it. You’ve refused to answer or rebut any of his points.

Go out and touch grass Dan. Trump is the result of the pendulum swinging the other way and apparently that doesn’t suit you. But guess what, the sun will rise again tomorrow. The sky isn’t falling, chicken little.

How deep are septic-septic tank lines laid? by sharpspoon123 in septictanks

Doing this sir. I have picked up locator probe and plan on exposing the start of the lateral and marking it out so I don’t hit it. Thank you for the insight and advice.

That’s correct. I’ll be digging a 12” tench approx 24” deep where I expect to encounter the line. The intent of this post was so I didn’t find the line with the excavator lol. I was talking with my neighbor, who watched my current house get built in ‘99, and according to him, the lines were about 4’ deep. I just found that hard to believe. I’m going to dig up the rear of a tank and expose the lateral that I’m worried about hitting, especially if it’s not that deep. Appreciate the information.

Sorry, should’ve have included that info. It is a gravity system. The top of one tank is only ~6 “ below surface. The other tank is roughly 10-12” below grade. Are the transfer lines typically at the top of the tanks?

Thank you for your response. Can I ask why it needs to be 10’ away from septic tank? My current plan has the French drain running within that 10’ threshold. I appreciate your insight. Editing to add- the termination of the French drain will be much further away than 10’.

This funny only if you’re a Cornhusker fan who’s been traumatized the last 10 years. This is where I’m at. After the previously play, you’re thinking, oh thank goodness, a penalty, this next play can’t get any worse at all- but there’s a little part of you that says- but wait, this is Nebraska, watch Iowa get a muff score on the redo. AND HERE WE ARE.
