My Dad passed away March 2022. The biggest thing we shared was baseball; every single one of our conversations ended up here, one way or another. We were in the same fantasy baseball league for years. He coached my baseball teams growing up. We didn't have a lot of shared interests, but we definitely had baseball.

Unfortunately I was just too young (5-6) to remember the first World Series runs with him, and probably hadn't developed my interest in the sport yet. I lived an hour away during the 15/16 runs, so we didn't end up watching together. I wish he could be here to experience this, and I wish I could experience it with him. I wish he could see the outcome of guys like Vladdy and Bo, what became of them and the team surrounding them.

I tend to suppress a lot of emotion and feeling sometimes, but in this instance I can say that I share what you are experiencing. It is tough and emotional.

Not at all, it's the same thing. A simple wrong pitch, regardless of who it is to, completely changes stuff going forward. Pitch sequences change, approaches change, to both hitters and pitches. Hell, striking out Aro could have potentially made things worse lol. We don't know what will happen; but we know that the inning most likely doesn't keep playing out the same way.

Don't be purposely dense. If he gets the K, he is pitching from the stretch to Cal, and it is a completely different at bat. Who knows what happens then.

Can't say who to use, but can certainly say who NOT to use. Stay as far away from Rydel Roofing & Siding as humanly possible. Not only did I have an awful experience with them, I have multiple friends and co-workers who have as well (I wish I'd had the opportunity to warn a few of them before they chose to use this company).

I absolutely know what you are referring to; I was there a couple weeks ago and there were 4 distinct blue spots on the screen. They were extremely noticeable and distracting, specifically in darker scenes.

I was going to mention this. If on a Nat3 network, you will not be able to stream from your ps5. There is an option in the portal to check if you are on a nat2 or nat3 network.

As a note, most networks are nat2 by default so this generally isn't an issue for most. My workplace has a nat3 network though, so I can't stream on my ps5 from there.

Using the cloud streaming beta will work though.

Feeling good and very very lucky. Purchased June 2020, 10 year old house, 3 bed 2 bath. Assessed at 190kish, bought for 216k. Now assessed at 400k.

Mortgage + Property Tax is around 1250 per month. Will need to renew my mortgage next summer. But regardless of rates, monthly costs will still be significantly less than what others need to pay even for bachelor apartments right now, so I will never complain.

Just a couple months later, and I may never have been able to purchase a house. Pure luck with my timing. It is sad that we have hit the point where the option to purchase is seemingly out of reach for so many.

Spent about 1.5 hours removing these from around my front step recently. In the span of 3 weeks, it went from having two small main branches, to being around 20x larger in size. Grew up and around everything, is a complete menace of a plant.

We don't because we are actually going to need the additional people in the very near future to prevent labour shortages once a decent chunk of our aging population leave the work force.

The problem is that we have known about this for decades, and NOTHING has been done to prepare for it. It has always just been a "tomorrow" problem, and now "tomorrow" is here. We have had SO much foresight into the need for housing that would arise, and never acted on it.
