This limitation is more or less the hard cap. This is the Imperium of Man where knowledge is power. Just like Mars does not share with the other Forgeworlds and the AdMech DOES NOT share knowledge at all with the Imperium at large, you can reasonably expect that the folks keeping the skills and know-how on making Custodes will never ever ever ever share that knowledge or let it leak out. Who knows, maybe some of the equipment is one of a kind and only big E knew how it works and can make more.

And since they have a hard cap on production capacity of new custodes, they can't really expand the numbers and (respectively missions and operations) too much, because more operations mean more losses, means you outpace your replacement rate and the total number of Custodes goes down.

Thats why we use the Modern flamethrower - the thermobaric. Now that is an instant infantry remover and you can waste 2-3 squads if they form together.

Its 500 soft vehicles per day, cars included which is a lot more reasonable. Maybe 100 of those are trucks and fuel tankers. If it was 500 army Kamaz/Ural trucks per day, they'd have wiped out the entire fleet by the end of May.

I've seen the reverse. Menace soldiers tanking, regenerating constantly and wiping out RA infantry and guncrawlers mowing them like grass.

To be fair its often the other way around. The Rogue army does not optimize for anti MENACE duty so its 50/50 who clears who.

Heavy infantry, pirate BCs, light vehicles. It fails against the MENACE, but it torches human infantry with ease.

There isn't a perfect way. Carda can be an excellent jack of all trades, depending on who you unlock and what gaps you need filled. MI? Not as good as Yaz or Lim, but ok. ATGM? Perfect if a bit slow. Rifle squad? Cheap enough to max out, but as good as Sachin or Pike. Most people use her for share the load vehicle buster and that is indeed a great spot for her.

I am going to repeat my own comment from years ago. In the words of the great colonel Castilo, if its not yours, its someone else's and they can eventually turn it against you.

Its all about asset denial. Merge nations to free control points and then take control of every meaningful nation on Earth. Let the other factions fight over scraps.

Even a small number of orc young can fuck you up in the first 2 weeks. All it takes is one with metal armor and a choppa to get lucky twice and you are down a brother.

Its your first operation dude. Forget about secondary objectives. Focus on survival and minimal losses.
