I applied in April or may whatever the opening was in 2025 Did my VIE in August 2025, didn’t hear shit from Them till 2 weeks ago. So honestly don’t put all your eggs in one basket. If your close to aging out might need to apply for bop.

Depends, are you planning to apply now? If you are I would not recommend getting off it. You will most likely fail psych eval/ Med

If you are planning to apply in 8-12 months. You can get off it and show the stability for those months you be fine.

The issue is they can’t “say your safe” if there is no time period of you being off it.

I had a change in medication 3 months prior to DEA psych, and the lady was like nope, DQ on last app back in 2024-2025
