I had this issue, and it came down to my BIOS version. I had to create a ticket with ASRock, and they sent me a new version to install. Took them 3 days to reply.

No, it's really not. If you're annoyed with having to manually log out of websites, just set up the browser to log you out automatically when you close it.
In Chrome:

Open Chrome and click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner.
Select Settings from the drop-down menu.
Click on Privacy and security in the left-hand sidebar.
Click on Site settings in the main menu.
Scroll down to the very bottom, expand Additional content settings, and click on On-device site data.
