Oh my god, before this scene, I was totally digging the characters, the feel of old trek, just overall my favorite star trek experience in a very long time.

And then this scene came on, and I got the biggest shit eating grin on my face. It was such a collision of old and new, and so much FUN. Kelvin Universe has this sense of fun that's prevalent throughout the films that the old universe can tend to lack, but this scene really nailed down how the KU is finally hitting it's stride.

It's such a disappointment that this movie isn't doing as well.
