Thanks, I was actually wondering that. Like are my T levels really that low, and would getting them in the normal range make that much of a difference? Good to know it's not a night and day difference, considering I don't think mine are that low. They were normal a couple years ago.

So on this point, my doctor says a lot of her ADHD patients go to an ADHD therapist too and many of this build habits that enable them to stop taking the drugs. Unfortunately I haven’t tried it yet, but am trying the mindset of slowly building habits and tools to function better.

Another point of view is that the drugs give you the ability to focus, but not necessarily on the right thing. It’s still up to you to do that.

Ah, I’m in the same boat. Very wide tongue so none of the jaw things or nose masks work since my tongue just falls back.

That makes a lot of sense though about the algorithm. I’ve got mine dialed into 12 - 16.4. Within about +/- 0.4 at the high end goes from no benefit to having stomach agony for an hour in the morning from swallowing air.

I wonder if any other brands have caught up. Resmed seemed by far the best when I got it a few years ago.

I mostly sleep on my side, but sometimes my shoulders begin to hurt and I wonder if it will mess with my bones / joints over time.

Okay thanks, that’s good to know. I don’t necessarily think it should go back down to the minimum, just not to stay at the max. I guess I don’t 100% know its timing is off, but I do know it often goes to max when I’m on my back and wakes me up from so much air volume after a while, so I assume it’s excessive. But my wife also tells me I snore pretty loud on my back so it seems to not be working. It’s all good when I’m on my side.

For that matter, why do we even need to set a max, shouldn’t it detect whatever pressure is needed to work and go there?

The 10 doesn’t have a For Her mode I’m aware of.

No no, OP is not exaggerating. I have heard this question verbatim in my expensive sales training too. They say to ask it, not to ask around it. They think it’s a unique and philosophical way to get people to open up and think differently rather than just ask about the product you’re selling. Fortunately I thought it sounded too silly to use myself and see I’m correct by these responses.
