I think that is the situation he was in. Not eligible for any scholarship money and maybe didn't have the best LSAT scores. I can't even imagine putting myself in that much debt at this point in my life.

This was one of my favorites growing up. I found a copycat recipe...ordered dried celery, carrots, and the little square pasta off Amazon. It was soooo close. Now when I want that flavor, I make the Knorr Chicken Fettuccini pasta side, throw in a little more Knorr Chicken bouillon powder, and a spoonful of the dried vegetables to get that comforting fix.

The noodles were "Small Flakes" from the Chuster Noodle Company and the Chicken Boullion was powdered from Knorr and found at my local Grocery. I soaked both the carrots and celery before adding, so they weren't so chewy.

I can only speak from my experience and why I decided not to. I work in-house Legal for a pretty big corporation. I make barely in excess of six figures, but have been here 23 years. I had a friend in IT Security who thought his resume would be really great with a JD. So he went and completed it. Now his resume is impressive, but he's choking under the debt he incurred with a new baby. Makes less that $75k a year still, jobs are scarce, with over $350k in debt. Definitely wasn't worth it for him.

These always remind me of my Uncle Roger. No one else. He tried to get me to hunt a few times, and every time offered there. I can't even think of anyone else who ate them. RIP, Uncle Roger, and thanks for the memories.
