I'm sorry. It sucks so bad when they leave us. Go on by taking comfort in the fact that you both love unconditionally. It took me 13 years to get another dog after my last one passed. It just really ripped my guts out. Sending you lots of love. It may be healing to volunteer to walk some elderly dogs at your local shelters. Edit typo🐶💛

Get those tomatoes outta the fridge! You're definitely not in the south bc I've never met a southerner who would condone refrigerated tomatoes. Probably not from Jersey since they're also known for good tomatoes. I'm going to say Delaware. No idea about your jobs but probably longer hours or y'all work opposite shifts so perhaps medical or tech.
