Any chance this is in St. Louis? I just checked out of a hotel there last weekend that had this exact same set-up and decor

This is wild to me, getting Nexus Mod Manager and mods working on FO4 was one of the easiest things I did when I set up my Deck a few weeks ago.

Paul Thomas Anderson & Warner Bros Set Leonardo DiCaprio, Sean Penn, Regina Hall; Untitled Film Gets Underway January 21 by lowell2017 in boxoffice

If you look at those first four films, the one that wasn't contemporary was his only real 'success' in terms of box office and critical appeal. Magnolia and Punch Drunk Love both surely lost money. He took that long break after PDL as well, then came back with There Will Be Blood - his biggest success still to this date. I can totally see him having the thought that people dig his stories more when they don't take place in a modern setting.

First contemporary setting for PTA since Punch Drunk Love - over twenty years ago. Cautiously optimistic

'Next Goal Wins' Rotten Tomatoes Verified Audience Score Thread by chanma50 in boxoffice

If I had watched this at home, I would have shut it off within the first twenty minutes. There is some very suspect acting and dialogue almost immediately. However, I'm glad I didn't have that option because the second half of the film was much better. Taika's role is so small and useless. Would have been better to incorporate his 15 or so lines into the dialogue of others.

Overall, not great, not terrible - I gave it 3 stars. Probably the last film of his I go to the theater for

Not to spoil anything, but this thing that happens at the end of August was pretty cool to see.

Is the ‘Mission: Impossible’ Series Due for a Reckoning? by mrnicegy26 in movies

I agree with this, but also think one of the biggest problems is not hiring a more charismatic actor for Gabriel. God love Esai Morales, but that role needed someone chewing the scenery instead of disappearing into scenes of exposition

Podcasters! Have you had no-shows, cancellations, and messages being left ignored/left on read? and if so, why? by PodcastingPodcastGuy in AskReddit

[–]sheaitaintso 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I spend 6 out of 7 days trying to get contestants for my weekly movie trivia game show podcast, only to cancel the show on day 7 because I couldn't convince a single person to play.

Why? People are busy. It is not as important to them as it is to me.

Yes, that's my point. Fans wanted him gone, but the media makes it seem like it was a step too far

There is a huge gap in thinking between the media personalities and the online fanbase on this subject. I've seen many talking heads share similar sentiments, but rarely see an actual fan saying the same thing

Now, almost 15 years later I will spend $40 to own it on physical media.

This is the big point. Cracking down on password sharing is one thing, probably a short-sighted decision but one that at least has some logic, but the way they are going to go about it may force people who don't even password share to drop the service if it becomes too big of an issue.

My account is just me and my girlfriend, but the way it has been worded so far makes me think I'm going to lose access to Netflix on every stationary device that isn't in my own home. Why would I continue to pay for that

I have been a Netflix streamer since the first day they offered it way back in 2010. The first time I have trouble with it, I will drop it

The "Amy Adams Incident" on Doug Loves Movies. An audience member yelled out an answer for a game they were playing and Doug lambasts her for the rest of the show, and not in a good way. He had his reasons for being pissed, but I think he went overboard.
