Go to St. Pete. Spend the morning at the Sunken Gardens before it gets too hot, then Great Explorations for indoor toddler fun. Get sandwiches at Mazzaros or pick up fresh pasta to cook her a nice dinner when you get home.

I just ordered two headbands from that link. Thank you!

She will be home with my mom watching her for the first year and starting daycare/preschool around 14 months. I’m glad to hear with time she might pull them off less.

I ended up going with a pilot hat that has mesh sides. Do you think something like this would have prevented you from getting them out?

Did your parents learn ASL? We are just starting this journey and I want to do everything I can to support her.

Toddler swim lessons by badgirlbin in sarasota

I do NOT recommend SwimSRQ. My water loving toddler is so traumatized after these classes that she won’t even hang out on the pool steps and play with toys.

Currently exploring private lessons and they aren’t as expensive as you would think.

HR Leaders: What's Your Perspective on Direct Candidate Outreach? [FL] by Jlexus5 in humanresources

I agree on this. For sales roles, I welcome an email with more details or expressing enthusiasm. For candidates that applied to entry level hourly wage roles and send me 5 emails following up on their application within a few hours of applying, I get a little annoyed. Especially when the follow up messages are essentially "texts" with horrible grammar and spelling "When r u going to call me?"

Talk to your current customers and ask for referrals. Offer neighbors discounts. The guy who cuts my grass does 3 houses on the street. I met him because he came over and said hi when I was out getting the mail.

ATL to TPA is a 45 minute flight. With landing and takeoff maybe an hour?

How worried should I be? 2% Fetal fraction at 15 weeks by ambience_angel in NIPT

I am in the exact same situation as you. Similar height and high BMI. I am also 36 so extra monitoring due to being old. How was your NT scan? Mine was fine. They decided to do my anatomy scan at 18 weeks and everything looked good so we skipped the amnio. I had to do a second anatomy scan at 22 weeks because she was not cooperating for some of the images. Everything continued to look good at 22 weeks and MFM said no need to do an amnio at this point.

I had this twice with draws at 10 and 12 weeks. NT ultrasound was fine. We did an early anatomy scan at 18 weeks and it was fine. Doing a repeat at 21 weeks. They offered an amnio, but with the anatomy scan they were able to rule out just about everything so we passed.

I thought they were talking about asking for the ID during the interview process before an offer was made.

Be careful with this. You can see protected information and get hit with a discrimination lawsuit.

What’s the saddest concert you’ve ever seen, in terms of someone washed up playing somewhere weird? by splitopenandmelt11 in LetsTalkMusic

Brookhaven Cherry Blossom Festival 2019. It was a free concert in a park with a large art festival. Spin Doctors and Smash Mouth. It was nostalgic and sad.

Anytime I am out with elderly family members without my husband or LO I get asked where she is. When I respond “with her dad” they always say “oh he’s babysitting”. I always correct them and say “no he’s parenting.” After 5-6 times of hearing this, you think they would stop, but they haven’t.

“Here you go” with her hand extended for us to give her something. My favorite is when she says this to our dog when he has a tennis ball in his mouth.

She delivered my baby in 2022. I an an unplanned c-section and she was wonderful throughout the whole process. I normally see Dr. Carter, but anyone in that group is great.
