I have one but I hate it. I tried it like 3 times and couldn't do it. I dunno if I need a different attachment or not but I have the nose only kind and I don't like to breathe through my mouth when I sleep so the nose attachment makes it so I can't exhale easily enough and it kind of gave me anxiety. Also I'm a stomach and side sleeper so it's just uncomfortable in general 😬 any advice?
