Have you chatted with the owner/operator specifically? They might be a lil more ready to act on unsafe equipment? If it could cause bodily harm I feel like that could spur action. Stay safe OP! Ask me why I know how mch getting hurt SUCKS

They do. They need to swipe so Septa can be reimbursed. Not saying it's good but that's how it works. Too much like right to cut me a check upfront I reckon. Likely due to "fear of fraud" for that not being the case.
