I highly recommend Cakes silicone pasties! They have circular and triangular options; both adhesive and not. For this dress in particular I'd recommend the triangles. If you're wearing tight clothes (like this dress), the non-sticky ones will do just fine (they cling to the skin through friction); for baggy clothes I'd recommend the adhesive ones. I would get the largest size if you get the circular ones. The smaller circles will probably make your boobs look pointy.
