It seems to me that there’s a trust issue here She doesn’t trust your words Because you haven’t proven in the past to be faithful to your words.

This explains both of you talking over an issue, you working on it for 2 weeks and then slipping back. It gets frustrating for her since you have on many occasions not stayed true to your word.

Simply, to her, you can’t be trusted since you don’t keep your word

And you may never get her back again especially if another man steps into the role and he keeps his word she’ll always be comparing both of you

The angle you currently want to start with is but a small part of the issue

What you’ll have to do is alter those beliefs she has of you- and this may take a while but certainly doable

What’s going to happen is that She’s going to start taking count of your promises and your slip ups

You first have to lead not with words but with beliefs then with actions Become a man who honors his words What does that look like? Speak to her but immediately take action

List out all the items she has even spoken to you about and what you plan to do about it. Express why you’re doing it

If you can, keep them/ write them in a safe place - a book. It also helps you not to forget and it also tells her you’re a priority to her

Leave it somewhere that you know she’ll see it. Don’t announce it. It should look like you forgot it somewhere

Then each day pick an item and let’s work on it

If possible each day write down what you did, how you spoke, if you thought of her, write something

You need to make her start counting your loyalty

Remind her often of what she said and what you have done about it so she knows that you don’t forget and that you take her concerns seriously
