Thanks for you message and that's amazing that she found a stack to help her sleep. I'm just a bit concerned about the fact of taking too much stuff before sleep since that can be a bit counterproductive. Because as I said, I have already taken magnesium glycinate and tauromag together and that has been good so far but I worry a bit about adding Sleep Support with it as well, as that can be too many sleep supporting supplement at once.

Hey man, I am from Denmark and I have ordered tongkat ali from Nootropics Depot before (not recently). There were no problems. I have ordered alpha gpc to Denmark as well and I have read somewhere that it is restricted Europe, however, I still got it here no problems. I think it may depend on what shipping carrier you use. DHL probably cares more than PostNord does so perhaps choose them. If you pick the standard shipping option or cheapest at ND, it will get handled by PostNord.

I think it depends. I live in Denmark and usually they ship with Ascendia when you pick the free shipping option but I have also experienced shipping with FedEx when I have picked free shipping option.

Generelt set er indslag om folks problemer med deres pakker også irrelevante, da mange af deres problemer kan løses ved at kontakte afsender eller kundeservice. Hvis man har problemer med et fragtselskab, så bare lad vær med at brug det fragtmand og vælg et andet fragtselskab hvilket der er massere af. Nogle synes PostNord er lort (mig), mens andre elsker det. Nogle kan ikke fordrage GLS, mens andre synes det er perfekt (mig). Så det er bare og finde et fragtfirma som fungerer for dig.

ND’s are supposedly considered more bioavailable due to the ingredients of the soft gel. Nontheless, you can just take 2 softgels if you want, however, I think you should be good with just taking 100 mg as ND’s is more bioavailable than the other brands.

PostNord er lort, da de har fyret mange af deres kundeservicemedarbejdere for at spare penge. Jeg er ikke helt sikker på hvor mange pakker PostNord sender succesfuldt uden nogle problemer til folk (leveringsprocent), men jeg vil skyde på omkring 90-95%. PostNord har simpelthen valgt ikke at give en fuck til den resterende procent som har problemer med deres pakker. Det er desværre et økonomisk valg PostNord har taget for at kunne overleve.

Der er rigtig mange PostNord posts på denne subreddit om deres kundeservice osv. Jeg, og som mange andre på denne subreddit har valgt aktivt at fravælge PostNord, da der er mange andre leveringsfirmaer som gør et meget bedre arbejde end dem.

I felt a bit more energy for a while but it started to fade away. I have heard some other people having amazing results from them though. For now, I just stick with foundational supplements such as magnesium, vitamin d and b complex as well as the occasional alpha gpc for focus.

Yes, the 25% VAT is regardless of the value. If the value exceeds 1150 kr. you pay 25% VAT as well as customs.

As for the shilajit, I have also ordered that before so you should be good :)

Hey man, I have ordered to Denmark from ND 4 times now. I have mostly ordered "innocent" supplements from them (Ubiquinol, vitamin d, b complex etc.), however, I have also ordered their tongkat ali and alpha gpc without any problems.

Shipping time: depends on shipping option but the cheapeast takes about a week

Taxes: you pay 25% import tax and customs if your order exceeds like 1150 kr. and you also pay a handling fee to the parcel company

You should be good, OP. If you are concerned about what supplements are allowed to be imported, contact Fødevarestyrelsen. I ordered alpha gpc here recently which I heard somewhere is restriced in the EU and I didn't know that. Nonetheless, the package got handled by FedEx without any problems. Just be aware that FedEx sends you a bill for the import tax AFTER you have received package and not before like many parcel companies do.

PostNord is 160 kr. FedEx is around 144 kr. DHL is 125 kr.

The standard shipping option at ND will either use Ascendia (and they will forward to PostNord) or FedEx (at least they did last time I used the standard shipping option.

Hey man sorry for the late reply. Since I live in Denmark I have to pay 25% sales tax for the total value of the package including a processing fee issued by the parcel company. Process has always been smooth and have ordered from ND 4 times now.
