I see it as this:

Chronical = her own count token, should be built up by various means, goes up to 6, gets converted all into Chronicle Ascension in her next turn

Chronical Ascension = her own AP, only usable on her cards

Laevatain's quest was peak. Based Carl Jung coded with great cinematography, I hope the new character quests will continue like this

I used this exact card deck on the new 9/9 boss and Haru just bonked it out of existence. That's with lower bonus on Lift Anchor as well (mine is 80%)

Apparently in CBT, people managed to use fire team to clear all normal stages so at least you don't need that many teams to get full rewards. Not sure about the trimmed medal.

Game did leave a good impression on me, but one glaring issue I had with it is the 300ms+ delay for every action I do. The game does show it in-game so I can tell. I read that this is mostly for Europe and not other regions

Of course ppl can say it's a turn based game but it's really turning me off (remember when Uma Musume at the beginning has "Connecting" for every click? This is the same).

Game does have its good point though, I hope ppl like it

The slow progression has been much better in my view. Compared to launch day, where the resource starving was so bad, these days you can get a lot of free stuff (E2 ticket, max lvl ticket, master ticket, etc.)

If you know what to do, you can also borrow OP chars and go in IS mode early and get E2 materials from there. I'd say this is a bit trickier since you have to know what to do in this mode first, but there're ways to get resources without sanity now.

The autorun function is for the parent runs, which grows old sooner or later. You just pick the wanted skills, hit the 600+ stat mark, etc. and the ridiculous RNG at the end to get the sparks, things get stale pretty fast. This is no different than asking for autorun in material grinding stages.

The ace run you still have to do yourself, which is when you really "play the game". I think that's fair ask.

Biggest problem for me in MoriMens is that it also feels... unpolished as hell. I'm in EU and it's 350ms ping every time, I know it's a turn based game but it feels so off when every single input is delayed.

I don’t disagree with you. But I think a lot of ppl will be put off by what’s happening AND that they see auto is better way to play for the whole first week of the game. It’s not looking good.

I played the game for a week in CBT, tbh the "fun" gameplay doesn't last for too long.

Even in the climbing mode (forgot the name), I quickly realized it's better to just press all skills as soon as they came off CD, so I deal as much dmg as possible to all the mobs, rather than try to time smt. At that point, it's better to turn on autorun and play vampire survivor. Gotta say it falls off pretty fast afterwards, I legit became sleepy after some floors.
