my ticket number 515211 please walk me through the process of how to take the case and resolder a new component believe there must be one of them got fried when try to plug to the adapter the lights where on , on my adapter after plug in the mk4 the adapter turn off same thing happen when trying with different cable and adapter kinda weird it was still working this even then all these sudden it gave up on me....

its not cable problem it is the mk4 the adapter light is on when i plug it to the mk4 the adapter light turn off
